He advises our customers and is responsible for the weather routing of our offshore teams in the back office. As an administrator at Yachtskipper he is responsible for the technical implementation of the internet presence of our multilingual websites. But most importantly, he is a skipper and coach himself. In 2021, it was many thousands of miles, mainly with catamarans on the demanding Atlantic route. <\/div><\/div><\/div>

\nHolger has been infected with the sailing virus since 2003, initially on charter trips in the Mediterranean and the Baltic Sea, and since 2010 with his own yacht in the Netherlands and in Western and Northern Europe. He speaks fluent Dutch, was a professional soldier in the German Armed Forces until 2016 and has now been sailing for us as skipper since 2017. The “home stretch” he refers to is between France and the Baltic Sea. However, in 2023 he also skippered a large offshore trip (Azores-Elbe). His experience and affability are highly valued among the crews. When he is not at sea, he contributes to data maintenance in the Yachtskipper back office and advises owners on questions about passages and technology.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
